White Scar project update: Bolt Pistol

I'm still working on learning python and looking for help when I feel stuck. Right now I wanted to present some progress on a picture project that I started a while back. I have posted about making a Warhammer 40 X Medabots picture for a special Medabots themed prompt for a Monster Monday from a while back. I based my design off of the White Scars chapter of the Imperial Space Marines.

The construction for it is 90% done. I just want to make a part for his right hand (technically his left hand) holding a bolt pistol.

I flipped this image to the orientation of my character. Here is that progress I have so far. I made a box for a reference size for the whole gun and used a bunch of lines to make out the rest of the proportions:

I'm really excited to show you how this turns out. It's gonna be so cool.
